Outlook: Organising Events in the Calendar

In this course, participants will learn to efficiently schedule, manage, and share events and meetings using Outlook’s powerful calendar features.

Outlook is more than just an e-mail program. It can be used to send e-mails and to create and effectively manage events and meetings in the calendar. Outlook offers a number of useful settings that can be used to set up the calendar interface so that one has a quick overview. There is also the option to create additional calendars in addition to the standard calendar and to integrate shared calendars from other people. The calendars can be bundled into calendar groups. One can also access group calendars or share their own calendars with other people.
